3 Account Management
3.1 Password and Security
The security of your account is entirely your responsibility. Use a strong password and never share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately.
3.2 Account Transfer
Transferring your account, balance, or rights to any other person is strictly prohibited. Managing an account in a third party's name or placing bets on their behalf is not permitted.
3.3 Closing Your Account
You may request to close your account at any time. All pending withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed. vd444 also reserves the right to close accounts in cases of Terms violations.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
vd444 currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All payments are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
4.2 Minimum Amounts
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method)
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals may be delayed if verification has not been completed. A withdrawal request cannot be cancelled once it is being processed.
4.4 Third-Party Payments
Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in account closure.
4.5 Currency
vd444 processes transactions in BDT only. Payments in any other currency are not accepted.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager 25 times the total bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. The bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
5.3 Bonus Terms
- One bonus applies per account / device / IP address.
- If wagering is not completed within the specified period after bonus activation, the bonus will be cancelled.
- vd444 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be suspended for investigation.
5.4 VIP Program
The vd444 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier, with greater benefits available at higher tiers. VIP membership terms are subject to change.
6 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:
- Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software.
- Abusing the bonus system or promotional offers.
- Collusion (multiple individuals working together to manipulate the system).
- Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Intentionally exploiting technical errors on the platform.
- Harassing other users or using abusive language.
- Operating an account under a false identity.
- Creating or managing multiple accounts.

7 Gaming Rules
